Hero replies

We thank Mr. Jhonny D. for his letter "Monkey Business" in The Jakarta Post of Sept. 30.

To avoid the recurrence of similar happenings, we appeal to our customers to be cautious when receiving invitations, either by letter or by telephone, issued by Kuta Privilege Club, such as the one received by your wife.

The club's address is said to be Setiabudi Building II, room 208, Jl. Rasuna Said, Kuningan. This invitation also bore a Hero Supermarket Lottery.

We would like to make it clear that there is no connection between Hero Supermarket Lottery and Kuta Privilege Club.

In compliance with Mr Jhonny D.'s suggestion we will further look into the matter.
