'Hello, I haf loft my teef'

JAKARTA (JP): A woman who lost three false teeth in a Blue Bird taxi whilst drunk last week can once again smile with confidence after the missing ivory pegs were returned to her.

She called the taxi's customer relations center the morning after the accident and asked for help to find the teeth that popped out of her mouth during a trip from a hotel to her residence.

The teeth were found by cleaning staff at the depot and returned by the taxi driver on the following day.

"We receive an average of four calls a day from people who leave their cellular phones in our taxis, but this is the first time its happened with false teeth," said Nadya from the customer relations center.

The Blue Bird Group returns about 1,500 items ranging from combs to modems belonging to absent-minded passengers each year. (pan)
