Handprinting at Planet Hollywood

JAKARTA (JP): Planet Hollywood Jakarta is celebrating its third birthday tonight with a no-expenses-spared bash expected to cost Rp 50 million (US$14,285).

The guest list for the event includes noted movie stars, singers and celebrities, assistant public relations manager Esther Lolita said.

The celebration will include a handprinting ceremony, with movie and television star Meriam Bellina -- the sixth local star to have her handprint set in cement -- doing the honors.

A charity donation will also be made to organizers of the Indonesian AIDS Foundation.

Esther said the donation was an accumulation of a year's proceeds from celebrity T-shirts designed by American actresses Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore for charity purposes. (02)
