Guess What? Krisdayanti

For pop artist Krisdayanti, music is everything. Music helped her reap her present success and popularity. It is also where she met her husband, singer and songwriter, Anang.

"Through music I can meet many people ... I even met my former lover, Anang, through music," the 25-year-old singer told the audience at her show in the Sheraton Media Hotel, Central Jakarta.

During the show Krisdayanti performed alongside her husband, belting out a song from her new duet album Makin Aku Cinta (I Love More). The couple got married on Aug. 22, 1996 and recently had their second child, Azriel Akbar Hermansyah.

Her popularity however does not mean she is free from bitter experiences.

It was reported this year Krisdayanti was deported by Australian immigration after entering the country using a tourist visa to perform in Sydney with her husband. In another incident, she was called in by East Java Police after her picture appeared on the cover of an illegal pornographic VCD. (Sri Ramadani)
