Guess What? Anjasmara Prasetya

Talk of reel-life is turning real-life. The main characters of the sinetron (TV series) Romi dan Yuli (Romeo and Juliet) have decided to stop the beating of hearts of hundreds of housewives, married men and teenagers alike.

Anjasmara Prasetya, 23, and Dian Nitami, 27, have already started making wedding preparations for next year.

"Actually, it's more than a wedding plan; I am preparing myself for the marriage. It is going to be quite hard, you know," Anjas, as he is better known, said, blushing, last Friday.

The couple have long since avoided playing in TV series together to avoid work hassles. He said that in one instance, both were asked to present a local show together, Video Musik Indonesia, and it became quite awkward for them. Dian ended up asking him on air about his daily activities, when she knew exactly what they were.

Aside from running DNA Cafe at Kuningan, South Jakarta, Anjas is currently running his two-month-old production house, APRO, where he is starting off by making music-videos. He has starred in at least nine TV series, including Tirai Kasih Yang Terkoyak (Ripped Curtain of Love), a series nominated for last year's local drama festival in which he played the role of an elderly person.

Anjas, a dropout of Pancasila University school of economics born on Nov. 13, 1975, began his career as a model before he found acting suit him more. (ylt)
