Mr. Ronci has got it wrong (English lords, June 15, 1996).

I was a classical scholar at Oxford University many years ago, and am thus proficient in Latin and Greek. To the best of my recollection, panta rei does not mean "everything has its end," but rather "everything flows," i.e.-- goes on. I rest my case.
