Graphics design course

I am a student majoring in graphic design, a one-year course. The course started in mid November 1996, and I have already completed the first six months. I have registered for another six month term and I have already paid course fee for this term.

But Interstudy refused to allow me to continue my studies unless I was willing to pay a certain amount of money. Why is it that the information given during the promotion weeks at the start of the course did not conform with the reality, particularly regarding course programs, course material (manuals and computers), certificate of attendance, and completion of study etc. These have all shattered my program.

Some of my assignment papers are missing because of teachers' irregular attendance. The presentation schedules were also poorly arranged and robbed me of valuable time.

I have restricted myself to expressing major complaints and believe the minor problems are not particularly worth mentioning.

If any of my colleagues wish to gain more information, I can be contacted at my e-mail address: ellenh@hotmall.com.
