Government official arrested for drugs

PALU, Central Sulawesi: Police in Palu arrested on Monday
night Max Iswandi Mokodompit, a civil servant working for the
National Unity Agency, along with five women, for being in
possession of drugs at a house on Jl. Tadulako, Palu
municipality.

West Palu District Police chief Adj. Comr. Bayu Wicaksono said
that the police had seized several grams of shabu-shabu (crystal
amphetamine), and various types of drug paraphernalia.

Bayu said that Max had been under surveillance by the police
for some time. -- JP
