Golf club held festival

JAKARTA (JP): The Bogor Raya golf club held its annual
festival in Bogor, West Java, last week.

Notable members, including Minister of Agriculture Sholeh
Salahudin, Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare and Poverty
Eradication Hayono Suyono and House of Representatives legislator
Thomas Soeyatno, attended the five-day event, which ended over
the weekend.

Festival organizers also raised funds for the poor living near
the golf course. About 1,000 members had their membership fees
cut Rp 5,000 (4 U.S. cents) each to buy staple food for the
