Gift suspected to be a bomb

JAKARTA (JP): Wary of the series of bombings that rocked the city, a police officer's housemaid contacted the police on Thursday upon receiving a parcel from a private bank.

Police officers immediately rushed to the house of the maid's employer, Adj.Comr. Wawan Irawan, in Bumi Serpong Damai housing complex in Tangerang. On examination, they found the parcel contained a cellular phone, which was a gift won by Wawan, a customer of the bank.
