Get rid of old buses

I'm happy to hear that the Jakarta governor, Bapak Sutiyoso,
dreams about a green Jakarta. I'm only wondering why he doesn't
take any action on the local bus system -- rotten old vehicles
that pollute the air significantly and endanger citizens by the
way they are being operated.

If Sutiyoso is really serious about fighting for a better
Jakarta, then he should really take care of those criminals.
