Genocide in Kosovo

What the world is witnessing in Kosovo is a textbook example of genocide. If this were not bad enough, the massacres are being accompanied by a propaganda campaign that aims to label the victims as perpetrators.

This is a classic application of "The Big Lie" (better to tell a big lie than a small one). The Serbs appear to be using the techniques pioneered by the Germans during the invasion of Poland in 1939. As the Nazis swept through Poland and the SS began its own version of ethnic cleansing, the German propaganda machine went to work. Fake atrocities were documented and the German government used every trick it could muster to try to convince the world that the hapless Poles were the real aggressors.

It didn't work, and it won't work now. The world knows that 200,000 Muslims were murdered by Serb units in Bosnia. Television news shows us the utterly barbaric acts being carried out against the Kosovo Albanians.

The NATO bombing campaign will go down in history as an altruistic action designed to curb the aggressions of blood- thirsty people.
