Gender abuse

I have been trying for a long time to figure out the background thinking one might have upon rejecting a woman for presidency. I myself have a very positive attitude toward a non- discriminating policy on gender as one of the basic rights to live humanely as an equal to others.

I found the reason most hardcore anti-female people have is actually a result of their reserve approach to nullify the apocalyptic verses from the Holy Koran which say, "there will rise nearing the end of time, female leaders among you".

Some people choose to believe it, while some choose to ignore. Some believers choose to correct and better themselves to avoid apocalypse, while some choose to lie. Some people choose to reject fate by saying, "We don't want the end of time, so we say no to female presidency!" Some people are even worse sinners by misusing this issue for their own vested interests.

Whether we like it or not, what is happening every now and then is a definite conclusion of what we have done in the past. So it is we who are wrong here, and certainly not female leaders. What has been written we can never deny. Killing the issue by crude rejection is the same as rejecting what He has ordered to be written. The existence of humanity upon this world, with further regards that the gender issue happens to be one form of human rights abuse. What I'm afraid of is that if we don't start learning how to respect other people's rights then we will keep living in the dark past. The arising female leaders phenomena is simply a manifestation of the repressed aspirations of the whole nation.

So what do we choose now? Continued chaos by rejecting fate and continuing to lie to our brothers, sisters and children or do we choose rather to accept fate and correct our attitude by learning to implement more good deeds to our brothers, sisters and children by perhaps stopping our past and present misdeeds such as corruption, collusion, violation of human rights, including gender abuse, and so on.

The bottom line is nobody likes to live in a chaotic environment where nobody understands what is right and what is not! You don't like it, and neither do I!
