Gays, a beautiful creation

In reference to your two articles on gay culture in the July 18 edition of the Jakarta Post, I am happy to inform those beautiful, handsome creations of God who call themselves gay, that for the past three years we have been accepting many gay students and devotees in Ashram for Yoga meditation and Bhagavat Gita teachings in English and Indonesian. They study along with those who recognize themselves as straight without any friction. This is solely based on the mutual understanding that the Creator created us "differently" to make the Earth colorful.

At our place, we try to cultivate the meaning of creations by the Creator based on Shiva-Shakti (Purusha-Prakriti, Yin-Yang principles).

Life was designed in a harmony which is always contradictory on its own. There is unity, such as man and woman, good and bad, morning and night, and those in between, such as gay and transsexuals/bisexuals, afternoon and dusk and not so good and not so bad. All these creations are so perfect in its individual nature that each in fact combines with others to form what we call life as a whole.

Gays, transsexuals and bisexuals in Bali or elsewhere, may visit us in our small Ashram for a private discussion to find out for yourself why you are as equally useful and important as others in this world. If you like, we can teach you the art of Shanti Hatha Yoga and the meditation and teachings of Bhagavat Gita on a donation basis. If you cannot afford to donate, we will try to submit a free copy of Bhagavat Gita and teach you yoga and meditation for free as to others who are far away. Our Bali phone number is 0361-975752. We are in Ubud.

To be born gay, black or poor, etc., is not wrong, but to be ignorant of the greatness of the Creator in creating us is a total mistake in life.
