Garuda's toll-free lines

JAKARTA (JP): The state-owned air carrier Garuda Indonesia has set up a toll-free number.

A Garuda spokesman, Arif Hartanto, said on Saturday that travelers can dial 0-800-21747 to make reservations.

He said that the 24-hour phone service has a total of 60 lines, 55 for incoming calls and five for outgoing calls.

Through the toll-free service, service users will also be able to get information on flight schedules, ticket confirmation and canceling, hotel reservations and on special treatment possibilities for sick passengers and cadaver transportation. (icn)
