Garuda's new pricing policy
Garuda spent a full page on the December issue of their inflight magazine to try to explain their new pricing policy.
A full page of information is difficult for anyone to understand. They have engineered a system against the interests of the customers. In fact most tickets now cost more.
When I order a ticket, I want that ticket, not a ticket that will give me certain advantages that I don't need. I will switch to another airline due to this, but hopefully Garuda will change the person who has introduced this obsolete, confusing system which is not customer-friendly.
Another point is the cancellation of the flights to Amsterdam and Frankfurt from Jan. 22, 2003. Since I always have problems getting a seat and the flights are always fully booked, why are they canceling the flights?
