Garuda apologizes

Referring to the letter from Mrs. Vira V Soekardiman Ramadhan which appeared in The Jakarta Post on July 19, we would like to take this opportunity, again, to extend our deepest regret and sincerest apologies to Mrs. Vira V Soekardiman Ramadhan and her family for having experienced much inconvenience and great discomfort during one of their travels with Garuda Indonesia.

We also would like to assure our customers that this incident will be duly noted and every effort will be made to improve our future service to our customers.

Once again, please accept our apologies for this unfortunate oversight and we thank you for bringing up this matter to our attention.
