French nuclear test (2)

The French Ambassador's response (The Jakarta Post, July 22,
1995) to Ms Yulia's letter dated July 19, 1995 is ridiculous. How
can he make us believe that nuclear tests are harmless to the
environment? Why then does he not ask Monsieur Chirac to carry
out the tests on one of the islands close to the French Atlantic
coastline or in the Golfe du Lion?

I really appreciate the activities of Ms Yulia and hope she
will find a lot of friends supporting her to fight these useless
nuclear tests. I wear the "NO NUKES" sticker already!
