French National Day

I would like to wish a happy anniversary to the French people celebrating their National Day on July 14, 1995. Today is a glorious moment for the people of a great nation. On this occasion it also would be appropriate for the French Government to shift their nuclear testing plans from the Mururoa Atoll to their own soil. Might I suggest the Eiffel Tower or perhaps the Arc de Triomphe -- for the celebration.
