Free trade and protectionism

In your headline Free trade is a must: Soeharto (The Jakarta Post, Dec. 20, 1994), you wrote: "Neither Soeharto nor Ginandjar explicitly referred to the Chandra Asri debate."

The problem is: under this sub-heading, Soeharto did not utter anything special about protectionism. So, how come you could write "... Neither Soeharto nor Ginandjar ..."

I think this mistake is a serious problem since you proclaimed that your newspaper is the (most) important newspaper in Indonesia.

Note: It is true that Soeharto did not say anything directly about protectionism. But free trade implies an absence of protectionism, an issue linked with Chandra Asri.
