Free aerobic workouts at Senayan

JAKARTA: Five trainers will lead aerobic workouts of various endurance levels at the West Plaza of Bung Karno sports stadium in South Jakarta early on Sunday morning.

The workouts, which are free of charge, will feature five aerobic instructors, including Vicky Burki, Berti Tilarso, Antonius, Fifi Sijangga and Lody.

The instructors will lead participants through various aerobic exercises, including fun aerobics, salsa, dangdut aerobics and cardio-dance.

Singer and dancer Denny Malik and film star Silviana Herman will also join the aerobic workouts, which will start from 7 a.m. and end an hour later.

The schedule will be aired live by private television station Anteve on the Primaraga Spesial program.--JP.
