Foreign groups make their way back

After a lull in the nervous months following the Sept. 11
terrorist attacks, foreign artists are set to return here for
performances.

Artists who are scheduled to grace the stage in the near
future are French duo Modjo, Lou Bega and quartet Bond.

Electronica group Modjo will heat up Valentine's Day by
performing on an event called Valentine Hype Party at the Jakarta
Convention Center's Plenary Hall.

Local artists Male Voice and DJ Rommy will also be featured in
the concert. Tickets prices are Rp 150,000; Rp 250,000 and Rp
350,000 (Call Adhitama Entertainment at 7182284 or 7183488 or
visit website www.karcismasuk.com for reservations).

Adhitama will also hold a Latin Fiesta party in March with
singer Lou Bega, who had a worldwide hit with Mambo No. 5.

Meanwhile, the British all-female quartet Bond, who play
violin and cello in a blend of contemporary clasic, will perform
at the Plenary Hall on March 20. For information, call Java
