Foreign aid, not govt, saved Aceh

What is wrong with our country and our officials? Without help
from outside people, foreigners, the tsunami-stricken region of
Aceh would still be in the same state as it was the day after the
tsunami happened.

When will the government start to fight the enemies within
(corruption and incompetence) that disrupt truly humanitarian
efforts?
