Workshop on Managing for Growth

Prof. D Ghosh Roy MSc, CAIIB, DBM, CAIB, a professional banker
with 28 years experience and more than 500 workshops behind him,
will conduct a three-day workshop: Managing for Growth, for bank
branch managers and bank planners. The workshop will be held in
Jakarta from Aug. 24 through Aug. 26, 2004.

The three-day course will focus on growth issues facing bankers
and preparing a road map to manage these issues with confidence.

The workshop will also focus on relevant topics, including:
Integrating Performance Planning With Value Segmentation,
Relationship Marketing As a Strategic Tool, Using Service Quality
Parameters As Differentiation Factors, Reinventing Leadership
Skills and Styles.

In addition, the workshop will assist participants to use the
road map for effective performance in their work situation.
