Flooding hits Pontianak city

PONTIANAK, West Kalimantan: Some areas of Pontianak city in West Kalimantan were flooded on Saturday, following rainfall over the last few days.

On Jl. Purnama the water was knee-deep. The heavy rainfall is a marked contrast to this year's prolonged dry season. -- Antara
