Flash floods hit Donggala

PALU, Central Sulawesi: Floods hit a number of villages in Palolo subdistrict, Donggala district, Central Sulawesi, sweeping away 15 houses and downing seven bridges.

A resident, identified as Sapri, 28, from Berdikari village, was reported missing, sources said on Sunday.

Local government officials and humanitarian workers are helping residents and providing them with essentials.
