Fire guts Jambi hotel

JAMBI: A fire gutted the Telanaipura Hotel, located on Jl.
Urip Sumoharjo, on Friday which left the 30-room hotel gutted.

Antara reported that the fire began at about 3 p.m. and
firemen were only able to put it out three hours later.

Police in their preliminary investigation surmised that the
fire was caused by a short circuit in the canteen on the ground
floor of the hotel.

No casualties were reported in the fire.
