Fifth music concert for AIDS

JAKARTA (JP): A non-governmental organization advocating AIDS prevention, Yayasan Pelita Ilmu, will stage its fifth music concert on Sunday in the Ancol Dreamland Park.

Rock, reggae, country and pop will be presented at the concert featuring, among others, the Rastafara, Yeah-Yeah Boys, and Toshia Anzai and friend.

A discussion on HIV/AIDS is planned for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with activists Danny I. Yatim from Mitra Indonesia, a non-governmental organization which has an AIDS hotline, and artists from a group called Kelompok Kantjil Mittu Madjid.

Samsuridjal Djauzi of the Yayasan Pelita Ilmu foundation which specializes in AIDS consultations, will moderate the talks.

This year's concert is organized with the Ikapari Country Music Association. (26)
