Festive package at Regent Jakarta

JAKARTA (JP): The Regent Jakarta is offering a festive package
to enable people to celebrate both Idul Fitri and Chinese New
Year, which falls on Jan. 28, its executive said in a statement
yesterday.

"Idul Fitri and Chinese New Year fall during the same week
this year. We want to be able to cater for both celebrations,"
Julius Santos, the hotel's director of marketing, said.

"It may also be helpful for those whose household staff are
away at this time of the year."

Offering a special rate of US$135++ per night, the package
includes breakfast in the hotel's dining restaurant, Seasons Cafe
or sahur (the Ramadhan predawn meal) delivered to the room, he
said.

He explained that the festive package also offered a 50%
discount off the special rate for a second room for family
members.

The package is valid from Jan. 26 to Feb. 8 and available for
Indonesian citizens and foreigners holding stay permits (KIMs)
