FedEx wins freight awards

JAKARTA (JP): Courier service company Federal Express (FedEx)
announced on Tuesday it had been named Best Total Logistics
Operator for the fifth consecutive year at the 14th Asian Freight
Industry Awards (AFIA).

The award, which is provided by Cargonews Asia, a leading
freight industry trade publication in the region, was delivered
at the awards ceremony in Singapore on Monday.

FedEx, which currently serves over 30 countries, said that in
addition to the award, the company had also won the Best All
Cargo Airline and Best Air Cargo Carrier in North America
categories at the AFIA.
