On behalf of Monica Kelly, thank you for the excellent
coverage of the Mandala Crash Victims' Families Association's
press conference in Medan on Nov. 15.

However, Monica Kelly would like to make clear that she is not
an attorney of the Nolan Law Group, as mentioned in the article.
Her involvement in the press conference was in her capacity as
the convener for the Indonesian chapter of the International
Association of Families of Air Disasters Worldwide, a not-for-
profit organization that helps families of victims of plane
crashes worldwide.

Second, the paragraph on the Garuda crash mentioned "... the
families won the case and got a hefty compensation from
Boeing ...". Herewith we clarify that the Garuda crash in 1997
involved an Airbus A300 and not a Boeing aircraft.
