With regard to Ms. Lenah Susianty's letter in The Jakarta
Post, on Oct. 25, 1994, complaining about our service, on behalf
of the Management we would like to apologize for the
inconvenience she experienced with one of our taxis.
We always try to do our best to give the best service to our
customers. To realize this ideal we would welcome any
constructive comments or criticism concerning our services.
The Management will not hesitate to deal with drivers who are
found guilty of violating the company's regulations.
Again, please accept our sincere apologies.
