Excelcomindo, Nusapage tie up

JAKARTA (JP): Pro-XL prepaid telephone card provider PT
Excelcomindo Pratama has agreed to cooperate with paging service
provider PT Persada Komindo in the sale and distribution of the
cards in Jakarta.

Excelcomindo's marketing director Kusnadi Sukarja said on
Thursday pro-XL subscribers could now purchase both starter packs
and voucher cards through Persada's Nusapage operators and have
them delivered to their addresses within three hours at no extra
charge.

"We expect this new service, called Nusapro, will boost pro-XL
sales to 10,000 cards per month. Currently, we sell up to 7,000
cards a month," he said.

The Nusapro service coverage will be extended to Nusapage's
other coverage areas in Bandung and Surabaya starting next month,
he said.

Excelcomindo currently has 250,000 active subscribers of both
prepaid and postpaid cards in Java, Bali and Lombok. (cst)
