Environment concern

I am saddened whenever I learn that a piece of land has been transformed into a real estate project. More often than not, the establishment of real estate is not possible without considerable destruction to the environment. The filling of a number of lakes in the Tangerang area is a case in point. Why can't the lakes be left alone in order to add to the beauty of the landscape?

I call on developers to show concern for the environment. They should be committed to preserving the environment.
