Edogin presents hot pot treats

Patrons with big appetites will be satisfied when they visit the Edogin Japanese restaurant at the Mulia Hotel, which is offering hot pot dishes from Nov. 20 through Nov. 30.

Called Nabe dishes, they are prepared and served in hot pots with vegetables with seafood and meat.

Meanwhile, Samudra Shark's Fin is presenting a succulent boiled Fresh Oyster with Kam Yin Zi in chicken essence as an appetizer.

Guests can also savor the mouthwatering double-broiled Kampon Chicken with Tien Chi Powder soup, braised live Soon Hock with Tian Ma and Pak Zi main course and topped with double boiled Chuan Pei and Chinese Pear with Rock Sugar dessert.

These traditional "Chinese Healthy Herb" dishes are available from Nov. 17.
