Easy call not easy

I am a subscriber to the executive Easy Call pager service. I was deeply impressed by their advertisement which promised excellent services to its clients.

After being with Easy Call for about six months I am quite disappointed. Many messages were not relayed to me and it is extremely difficult to contact the operator. If the call is connected at all, I often hear a recorded reply asking the caller to wait for a few minutes. Once, when I asked the operator why I had to wait such a long time to get a reply the answer was, "Sorry, Sir, only three of us are on duty."

I would like to appeal to the Easy Call pager company to stop promoting their product if they are not yet ready to provide the public with the promised service. In reality, it's certainly not an "easy call".
