East Timor governor's idea

Merdeka daily of Aug. 23 reported that "the East Timor people have their lawyers to take on Portugal".

I fully trust that the Indonesian people support Governor Abilio Soares's idea of suing the Portuguese government in the International Court of Justice at The Hague, Holland.

Portugal ran away when the Japanese came during World War II. They only left weapons with the East Timor people.

It is funny that Portugal still considers East Timor as its administrative territory.
