Duta Anggada's dividends

JAKARTA (JP): Property developer PT Duta Anggada Realty said
yesterday that it would pay a Rp 40 (1.6 U.S. cents) dividend to
shareholders listed on July 16.

The company's 1995 annual report said its net profit fell from
Rp 30 billion in 1994 to Rp 27 billion in 1995 despite a 14
percent net revenue increase to Rp 89 billion. (alo)
