Dubbing system

Nowadays, our television has made a great advance. On of the
advances is dubbing. All foreign series and films (except Western
ones) have been dubbed in Indonesian.

In my opinion, this system is not always good and suitable for
all people, especially for someone who studies foreign languages
like Japanese.

Why don't we use another system such as sub-titles? As you
know, television is not only for entertainment but also for
education.
