Drunkard detained for disrupting poll

MANADO, North Sulawesi: Chief of North Sulawesi Provincial Police
Brig. Gen. Jhon Lalo said on Monday that police officers under
his command had arrested a drunkard for disrupting voting at a
polling station in Perkamil subdistrict here.

The drunkard was transported to Manado Police Headquarters to
face charges, Jhon said in Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi
