Doctor's IDI membership

I am a member of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) under membership number IDI 35427. In mid March, 2001, I was transferred from Bengkulu province to Jakarta. In early April I registered myself at IDI's East Jakarta chapter to obtain a new membership card for which I paid the following: Registration fee Rp. 10,000 + 1988, 1999 administrative clearance fee Rp. 144,000 + contribution fees of 2000 and 2001 Rp. 168,000 + deposit fee at BNI Rp. 50,000 + administration fee Rp. 15,000. Total amount Rp. 387,000.

I was also informed that I would receive my new card at the latest within two and half months after registering.

For nearly five months now, I have still been waiting for the promised membership card. A colleague who registered earlier obtained his card two months after the registration date. Who is responsible for this matter?

I have asked IDI's executive board but have gained no confirmation of my application. Nobody picked up the phone at IDI's East Jakarta chapter when I tried to contact them a few days ago. I need an explanation from IDI of East Jakarta chapter regarding this matter.
