DNet account

DNet moved office and changed their access numbers from April 1 this year. They sent a letter to all subscribers giving details of the new address and numbers. I appreciated their efficiency in informing everyone in plenty of time. However, the reality is that it seems to have been a public relations exercise only as it is now April 14 and I have only been able to connect with DNet once in the intervening 12 days. Out of the seven new access numbers provided only two are connected.

It is essential for my work that I have speedy communications with other countries and this inefficiency from my Internet service provider is affecting my ability to provide the service that my customers expect. If this situation cannot be corrected immediately I shall have to move my account to a service provider who can actually provide the service required.

May we be told, please, what is going on and when we can expect to have normal service resumed?
