Disco visitor nabbed with gun

UJUNGPANDANG, South Sulawesi: Police have arrested a man for
threatening discotheque patrons with a pistol.

The man entered the town's M night club at about 11 p.m.
Tuesday.

Eyewitnesses said he yelled, "Freeze or I will shoot you",
Antara reported. He was overpowered by a police officer who was
among the crowd.

City police detective's chief, Maj. Syahrul Mamma, said the
incident followed a bitter row between the man and an attendant a
night earlier.

He refused to say what the row was about, but said the suspect
had returned with a gun loaded with four bullets. (pan)
