Disappointed in Pangandaran

From Kompas

Some time ago, I went to Pangandaran beach with some friends. Unfortunately, the trip was spoiled by the bad conduct of a motorized vessel provider. We were told that for Rp 20,000 per person we could tour the Pangandaran waters, and for another Rp 10,000 we would be taken to the protected forest area. We agreed to take three modest motorized boats.

Unfortunately, we found the forest neglected. When we went to the caves there, we required dozens of flashlights to see, and had to pay Rp 3,000 for each. What was worse, when we left the boats we had to pay Rp 200,000 per boat, not as earlier agreed upon.

So, if you happen to visit Pangandaran beach, take with you your own flashlights and other safety equipment.
