Disappointed by Toshiba

I am not very happy with my Toshiba video. It is out of order and I have tried to have it repaired in four repair shops, but all to no avail. Finally Toshiba Service in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) sent my video to Surabaya only to be sent back because there were no spare parts.

Now, will my Toshiba video become a obsolete article? I would be grateful if a Toshiba agent or any reader could help me in this matter.
