Disappointed by FedEx

We had an urgent shipment of spare parts from Japan that was sent airfreight by FedEx with the airway bill no: 8480 6324 2952 dated Oct. 13, 2004.

We've inquired at the FedEx office here several times a day to find out the status of the goods. A number of FedEx local staff advised us differently every time we asked about the shipment. We told them of the urgency to receive the goods.

On contrary what disappointed us was that FedEx could not confirm clearance and delivery status. Definitely this is not professional service.
