Dinosaurs stalk Jakarta Fair

At least 10 dinosaurs of various species are coming to town and will be featured in the annual Jakarta Fair, scheduled for June 18 to July 16 at the Kemayoran Fair Grounds in Central Jakarta.

The robotic creatures by Kokoro Co. Ltd. of Japan will inhabit a 4,000-square-meter "Dinosaur Park" on the grounds, equipped with special effects.

The US$2.5 million production is organized by PT SR Total Gold and the Singapore-based MP Entertainment Pte Ltd., a member of the PICO construction business group. Tickets are Rp 6,000 for adults and Rp 4,000 for children under six. (anr)
