A diamond ring may mean everything for a woman. It could symbolize her eternal love or her feeling of affection.

One of World's leading jewerly and watch company Cartier has just launched a series of distinguished diamond rings shaped in striking contemporary designs.

The first collection is a sober, flat and smooth ring in solid gold. Viewed from the front the diamond is round and yet from the side it has a triangular shape. A white and luminous point creating a "v' in the center of the gold.

The diamond weighs 0.21 carats. A limited edition ring, it is Cartier's dedication to lovers of the new century.

Other exceptional piece is the Myst Ring or diamonds in ice is a white gold ring that lends a unique sparkle to brilliant-cut diamonds as though captured in ice.
