DHL's service

What is happening to DHL? Lately, especially in Bandung, its service has become very erratic. I sent an important package to Italy on June 8, 2000, airway bill No. 342 2408706, and it only reached my customer on June 16, 2000.

I suffered major losses as a result because the package contained important samples that had to reach the customer on time. I lost a major order, costing me US$45,000, due to the delay and DHL was only willing to compensate me the delivery charge of the samples, totaling about $100.

Frankly, using an unknown and cheaper courier would not have caused me this kind of problem. Get professional, DHL, and stick to your delivery schedules and not the terms written behind your airway bill.
