DHL opens e-business site

JAKARTA (JP): Express courier company DHL International has
launched an e-business website to help small and medium
enterprises in their transition from non-Internet businesses to
e-business companies.

www.dhlmasterclass.com shares DHL's experiences in addressing
the challenges of the Internet and aims to assist businesses in
integrating new technology and processes into their business
functions, the company said.

The site contains the DHL 2000 corporate report, electronic
commerce research documents, and an e-business master class
section giving advice on logistics and fulfillment, customer
relations management, supply and selling chain managements, and
tips on translating e-strategy to e-business. (10)
